Anthony William, medical medium right here live, talking about the keto diet, talking about low-carb diets, no-carb diets, all of that, the history of it, how we got here.
I'm going to read your comments along the way, but I may not be able to respond all the time because there's so much information about this that I have to deliver.
It's about time that you guys have all of that information so we can kind of live in reality.
and you know I say that because there's so much misinformation being passed around on the internet
so much misinformation in the books there's so much information out there that's misinformation
and what it does is it confuses people and it's everybody's playing guessing games you're playing
those guessing games and when it comes down to your health when it comes down to struggling when
it comes down to suffering even suffering chronic illness and if you don't think you have chronic
illness and you have one symptom that won't go away that's that's coming or going and it's
problematic, that's a chronic illness. And what people have to understand is chronic illness isn't
just laying in bed and dying somewhere. It's not. That's not it. It's actually, that's just one
facet of it. Chronic illness is any symptoms, any, it's heart palpitations that are, you know,
that are plaguing someone. It could be anything like that. That's a chronic illness because
unless it goes away, unless you get the real answers for it, unless you can do something
about it, then you can move past it and not have a chronic symptom, which is basically
an underlying problem of chronic illness.
So it's great to be here talking about the keto diet, all of that.
So let's go into this.
I know that so many of you may be pro-keto diets, and it may have worked for you for
a little bit or still does.
So I hope you're here too.
So many of you are anti-keto diets.
I see it all the time.
People say it all the time.
Look, keto nearly killed me.
It made me sicker.
I got more ill doing a keto diet.
It just made me so fatigued and so sick and all of this stuff.
And I got my body ached and all the body odor and everything else that came with it.
And so I hear that all the time too.
So there's really important information so we can all get this.
Here's the deal.
I want you to be able to choose.
I want you to have the ability to choose.
And if that choice is, hey, I want to do some kind of keto diet, then I want you to be able to choose that.
I want you to know what's going on so you can choose that.
And I want you to be able to choose other things too.
Maybe not doing it or doing something else that's even better or all of that.
So it's important to know options.
And that's what it's about here.
So I got my celery juice right here.
Do you guys, you know, it's the morning.
Maybe afternoon somewhere else.
Anyway, let's go into this.
The world has become so anti-sugar and so anti-carb that it's impossible to find any kind of practitioner at this point, any kind of doctor, any kind of professional that's pro a healthy carb.
CCC, critical clean carbohydrates.
So it's impossible to find help these days because it's all about the same old thing, protein, protein, protein, protein.
It's all about the protein law.
I want to go into the history.
How did this come to be?
How did it come to be where we're afraid of a natural sugar?
How did it get here?
This is really important.
I'm reading your comments along the way, guys.
I just can't respond right now, but I'm glad you're commenting.
I want to read them.
How did we get into this place where you can't even find help in the field of medicine,
alternative medicine, conventional medicine, wherever it is, without the concern of protein
is king, protein is law.
If it's not about protein, it's no carb, no carb, and that's the whole thing.
And that gets everybody in trouble. We're still sick. Everybody's chronically ill out there. I mean, there's hundreds of millions of people struggling and suffering. And it's not because they're on a standard American diet. It's not that at all. Far from it.
They're people eating, you know, balanced diets and they're staying away from fast foods.
They're staying away from the greasy foods.
They're staying away from all that.
And they're sick.
And so this is really important, all of this.
So a lot of trial and error happened along the way with health care professionals.
That's what happened over the last few decades.
So I'm going to talk about the history before a few decades, this last few decades, even before earlier.
But right now I'm focusing on this.
Basically, in the last few decades, practitioners, healthcare professionals, and so forth are looking for that miracle diet.
They're looking to break that code.
What can they feed their patients, but yet take away the garbage, take away the processed foods, take away the chocolate cake, take away all of that?
How can they do it?
So in the last few decades, what developed was no carb, low carb, get away from sugar, sugar, sugar.
Because what people realize is if you're eating the cookies, cakes, and donuts and all that different garbage and the fast food and all that bread, that you end up feeling sicker.
You end up gaining more weight.
You end up getting sicker.
So everybody's like, hey, it's a no-brainer.
All the health professionals, all the bigwigs in the health field that put out books and put out diets and stuff like that, they're all like, okay, that all has to go.
It's processed foods.
But how do you get rid of all of that sugar or all of that carb and still meet the patient's needs for calories?
How do you meet that patient's need?
How do you meet that client's need for a calorie for food?
Professionals couldn't lower protein.
They couldn't because it's law.
Think about that.
So think about that.
You have the last few decades.
Doctors want to do something for people to get them better.
They want to get them healthier.
Think about that a little bit, right?
So what do they do?
They get rid of the processed foods and the carbs, and they get rid of all these carbs
because they're not going to touch protein.
They can't because on planet Earth, protein is king.
It is law.
Protein means everything.
Protein means life.
With any kind of conventional medicine, any kind of conventional thought process,
any kind of alternative medicine, alternative thought process,
protein means law.
at least since 1933.
So that's where I want to go into,
especially in Western culture.
So since 1933, protein became law.
So let's go into this a little bit.
I'm just going to recap it a little bit.
I'm talking about,
and anybody who just joined now,
I'm talking about practitioners and doctors
and so forth over the last few decades
and health professionals
trying to figure out to crack the code
to get people to eat healthier
and get better and get rid of their illnesses.
They got rid of what's called carbs
and all that bad sugar and all that.
That was the key.
That's how we ended up here now, where carbs are like feared and even fruits feared and all this stuff.
They ended up there because they can't get rid of protein because protein's been law since 1933.
Let's go into that a little bit.
It's been ingrained in us and our forefathers, our great-grandparents, our parents, all that ingrained in us.
If we don't get protein, if we don't eat protein, we die.
That's what we've been taught.
We die because it's our existence.
It keeps us alive.
It keeps us from being sick.
How do you like that, huh?
Interesting.
Everybody's sick.
Everybody's literally getting something.
If you're 20 right now and you're working out in the gym and you think you cracked a code with a cute little keto diet and all this stuff and you got it going on for now, you might be okay.
But what about when you're 30?
What about when you're 40?
You're going to be 40 someday.
And just like every other 40-year-old right now, they're getting something wrong with them.
Some kind of weird sinus problem that won't go away.
UTIs that won't go away.
Hot flashes.
Heart palpitations.
Aches, pains, fatigue.
No one is safe and immune from developing symptoms and conditions.
I'm going to tell you why coming up, right?
And it's not because they're protected from protein so they won't get anything.
So how did we get here?
How did we get here into this blind spot?
How did we get here into this disturbing place where protein runs the world, okay?
Without it, we think we die.
if we don't get enough of it, we think we get deficient and we get sick.
How did we get here?
And why are we still stuck, like, saturated in this whole protein theory, protein law?
I'm going to go into it a little bit.
Let's go into some history.
The food industry joined up with the government in 1933, okay?
The food industry, the government, and big pharma, the pharmaceutical industry.
All three of those joined forces contractually.
When they joined forces contractually, they signed the protein law, which is a private contractual agreement, vaulted.
You're never going to see it because if you see it, it's going to blow the roof off it all.
And if it blows the roof off of it all, then where are they going to be?
Protein keeps Big Pharma happy because Big Pharma can sell more drugs because you get sicker because you think you need to eat more protein.
You see? Now, if you think this is an anti-meat campaign or an anti-paleo campaign, you're wrong.
Because this isn't about plant-based. It falls right into the hands of plant-based people, too, and vegans.
Same thing. Because vegans and plant-based people think that protein runs their life and they have to get protein.
They think when they get a symptom, it's because they don't have protein.
They're so brainwashed so easily because they've always been brainwashed that protein runs the world.
so if you're plant-based or vegan or vegetarian,
you're still going to possibly eventually run over to animal protein someday.
Or you're going to eat tons of nuts and seeds and nuts and seeds and nuts and seeds
until you think you get so much protein, you get tons of nuts and seeds.
It's because it doesn't matter if you're plant-based or you're, you know, or you're animal protein.
You're still going to get suckered.
You're still going to get duped.
See, conventional medicine, big pharma, the medical establishment, the government,
married in a contractual agreement to make sure that protein was shoved down your throat
in a way in the school systems.
What happened was in 1933, we entered the animal industrial age of meat processing.
It was no longer just going to your cute little butcher shop down the street
or go down to the farm, the family farm, and get a cut of meat.
That died. That ended back then.
So what happened was meat processing was subsidized by the government, all joining forces with big pharma, so we can get as much protein indoctrinated into our system than ever before in history, so we can become sicker and rely on drugs.
This is how it was done. Now, it affects the vegans. It affects the animal protein people.
Okay. You guys know enough now. You've learned where you know I'm not anti-either or. I'm not
anti-plant-based. I'm not anti-animal protein. I'm anti-misinformation. So I want you to have
choices so I can deliver the right information for you. So you can plug it in just like the celery
juice, just like plugging in the celery juice. And so you can actually have that and you can
plug it into whatever you're doing. By the way, have you read the celery juice book? You got to
get the celery juice book right here. Got to get the medical medium celery juice book.
Okay, so let's go into this a little bit deeper now.
I hope you guys are listening. I hope we're all on board.
This contractual agreement that's vaulted back in 1933
was geared so your forefathers, so your
ancestors were actually told in school when they were in
elementary school and middle school and high school that protein meant everything or you don't
exist. That's how it's done. And you can't break it. You just can't break that train of thought
or thinking. And I want to go into something. If you're vegan or plant-based and you think
you got it above the animal eaters because you're smarter, because it's like, hey, no,
the animal eaters, they're just, they don't get it. You know, they're the plant-based movement.
They don't understand it.
And you think you're above it.
But if you're saturated with the theory, that law of protein, if you're stuck in that protein law that was there to completely trick your families and trick you and to dupe you, if you're stuck in that, you're stuck.
You're not above anybody else.
You're not.
And the same thing with the animal protein people.
It's all the same.
No one's above anybody else.
And we got the food wars going on with the vegans against the animal.
It's back, back, forth.
Now all the vegans are going to animal protein because they're confused about what they're doing.
And you got animal protein people going to vegan and everybody's flopping and flipping.
And they're all flipping on YouTube.
They're all like one thing for five years.
Then they're another thing for three years, another thing for one year.
And they're flipping because they're confused.
They don't understand what's going on with their health and why they're sick.
They don't know about viruses.
They don't know about pathogens in their body.
They don't know about toxic heavy metals.
They don't know about their liver problems.
They don't know about their liver issues.
Are you reading Liver Rescue? That's a really good book for you guys. I know a lot of you have it. So basically this ultimate indoctrinative system, conventional medicine, the industry, made this decision for you. Decisions that were made for you guys. So that's what happened.
So you had decisions made for you back in the 1930s to decide your fate or law in life so that when you go through life, no matter what, you make sure your kids get enough protein because you're afraid something's going to happen to them if you're not getting enough protein, whether you're vegan, whether you're animal protein, whatever it is.
They're going to make sure that no matter what, you can't escape the protein law.
And I talk to people and they think they're so above it all.
They think they're above everything.
They're like, hey, I'm totally spiritually inclined.
I know this and that.
They'll say, I mean, I talk to people all the time and they'll be like, I know about
foods, the best foods.
I know about this.
And, you know, I'm plant based.
I got this or I'm animal and I got this.
And I'm like, well, you're still married to the protein law.
You're still married to that conventional mindset that you carried with you.
So you're not free.
You think you're free from it all and you're above it all, but you're not.
You're trapped in conventional medicine.
You're still trapped in big pharma and you don't realize it.
Until you release that protein fear, you're trapped in big pharma.
So you might be like anti-big pharma, anti all the drugs.
You might be like all of that stuff.
You might be all spiritually connected.
You might have all that going down.
But you're stuck in that protein hell, that confusion.
And it'll just saturate your soul all the way until the end of your life down the road.
Because you're still going to be married to this contractual agreement that had no bearing upon you, meaning it was decided for you.
and you're just going to eat your protein, whatever diet you go or flip-flop on
and just get enough protein and then in the end, you're going to get yourself sick
and your kidneys are going to break down, your adrenals are going to break down,
your pathogens are going to take over and you end up sick like everybody else,
like everybody else gets sick.
So let's go into this a little bit more.
So isn't this fun to be back, you guys?
Isn't this fun to be back and talking about all this fun stuff?
Mm-hmm.
Listen, you guys have a lot of questions that are amazing
and I'm going to do more lives and stuff.
And and but I got to keep going for a little bit. I want you to get this information. So by the 1970s, this really interesting thing occurred by the 1970s.
medical doctors had enough decades underneath them to see enough people sick and dying from high fat.
So in the 1970s, in the early 1970s, they realized too much red meat and even too much like nut butter wasn't good.
They realized that high fat was hurting their patients.
They realized their patients were getting their heart disease.
They realized their patients were getting problems by this high fat.
Their patients were getting liver problems.
They were learning this in the early 1970s.
Doctors, smart doctors.
But there was a problem here.
They couldn't separate the idea of protein and fat.
They couldn't break those two apart.
Because they were so indoctrinated into the protein law,
they didn't know how to lower the fat in someone's diet.
So in the 1970s, it was about being low fat.
but it backfired and became more fat in their diet.
Because what they did was they took away foods that had less fat in them.
Like they took away the avocados.
They took away avocados.
They said avocados are poison.
That all happened in the early 1970s.
They took away the coconut.
Coconut was now poison.
They took away that.
They took away all the nuts and seeds.
All the nut butters and all even the healthy nuts, the walnuts.
They took away that.
because what happened was they were taking away all the good fats in the early 1970s
and they were confused as how to lower the fat in people's diets in the early 1970s
because they knew fat was killing their patients.
Doctors knew this.
And they were also starting to think, let's lower the red meat.
But they were like, but what do we feed everybody if we lower the red meat
and we get rid of everything else?
So it got worse.
Everybody got fed chicken, tons and tons of chicken.
So that's where the chicken thing took off in the early 1970s.
It was an attempt to lower fat.
But what it did was it raised fat intake.
So then we fell into the chicken law, basically, in the 1970s.
And it was a positive awakening for a minute about, hey, everybody's on too much fat and it's killing our patients.
But it backfired because it turned out that their low fat trend of the early 1970s was to increase fat by increasing lots of chicken and turkey.
That's where the chicken and turkey thing came into play.
And then the pork thing came into play.
And that's where we went.
So now we went to this place where it totally backfired in the early 1970s.
So let's move on a little bit.
These diets increased portions of animal protein is what they did in the early 1970s.
It was an illusion of being low fat.
And fat-free products were on the shelf, but they weren't even fat-free.
It was an illusion because they couldn't shake the protein connection because guess what?
Protein means fat.
Protein is about fat.
Every time there's protein in something, for the most part, especially animal proteins, it means fats combined.
Every time there's protein in the vegan department, in the vegan plant-based department, there's fat combined.
You see what I mean?
So with the nuts and seeds, there's fat combined.
So that's how it works.
Anybody who's just started watching this, you have to go after this place.
You've got to go back to the beginning.
You have to watch this again.
Please, I beg of you to watch it again, just so you can make your own choices and your own healthy choices.
Low-fat and fat-free products line the shelf, but they weren't healthy products at all back there, back then in the old days, in the 70s and the 80s.
People thought they were triumphing over the high-fat, the whole high-fat thing, but they were increasing their fats.
So then we ran into another problem.
Diets were created out of this.
Empires were built, and I'm not going to name them.
I'm not going to name them.
You know them.
You know them.
They start with the letter and they start with, you know, you know these empires.
I just don't want lots of letters from these empires once I do this.
So I got to keep it down and down low, you guys.
So the bottom line is all these empires and diets were built.
They were built off of this confusion of protein being law.
So they had to focus on protein, ignore the fat content and protein that was killing everybody and make it work for us.
And you know how they did it?
They did it by confusing originally in the 1930s the grandparents or grandparents who focused on the protein rule and couldn't escape it to our parents that protein, the protein law and couldn't escape it.
They focused on this protein dupe that we've been stuck with.
It's like we've been bitten by the zombie, the protein zombie or something like that.
And it takes us over.
The minute someone says protein, it cancels out any logical sense.
Like I could be sitting here right here giving you all the information straight.
And then you can talk to somebody like tomorrow and they'll be like, protein is this, protein is that.
And you just become this zombie because what happens is the protein law still dominates.
And it's a law that has an energy behind you.
And I don't want to get too woo-woo or anything like that.
You know, I'm the medical medium and all that.
You know, I hear spirit and get information, but it's got an energy behind it, okay?
And it seems to have sucked everybody's soul right out of them.
Anyway, I cover this in full detail in my liver rescue book.
I mean, seriously, you've got to get a hold of the liver rescue book.
Just go to Amazon and get it.
They actually have it discounted right now.
Same with the celery juice book.
You want to get those too.
So all these programs developed on renaming high fat diets.
That's what happened.
And it's the same concept repackaged over and over and over again.
A high protein diet, low carb, high protein diet, low carb.
It ended up becoming a keto diet.
That's one of the, what's one of the names, one of the fancy names to what we're talking
about.
the keto diet. It's just another anti-carb campaign, void of all sugar campaign. Okay.
So that means getting rid of natural sugars, healthy sugars, and so forth. So these are just
repackaged versions of the seventies and eighties and nineties. So the keto diet today and all the
high fat trend diets are all repackaged versions of what was yesterday. Is everybody hanging in
there with this? Are we all hanging in with this one? Like I said, you got to listen. I'm not done.
We got more to cover.
We got a lot more to cover.
I just want to drink some celery juice.
Today's high-protein diets, they have something different about them, though, now.
They changed a little bit.
So high-protein diets, which are now high-fat diets, which even call them high-fat diets now, healthy fats, because now we've been brainwashed until we need our fat, we need our fat, we need our fat.
These have different things in them.
They have plant-based material in them now.
Here's what's amazing, okay? You see these great mistakes that the conventional world made. Great mistakes. High fat, lots of high protein. People got sicker and sicker. The old keto diet of the day hurt so many people. I'm going to have to say it. I've seen it. I talked to doctors. I talked to other people. They've seen it.
The old keto diet basically annihilated a lot of people's health.
I'm just being straight up, you guys.
It wasn't recorded because it was before the internet, before the internet, before YouTube
exploded.
It wasn't recorded.
History constantly repeats itself, but now that we can record history, now that we got
YouTubes and people actually experimenting and trying to find the magic bullet all through
their YouTube.
You can watch what they're doing a year before and then a year before, and you can see how
sick maybe they get 10 years from now.
And you could watch the whole process of all the different things and how they follow all
the different trends.
We didn't have that before.
So we don't know that keto before annihilated people's health.
It was terrifying, actually.
and and and so but now the keto diets of today and you'll see there's an avocado in there wait a
minute there's an avocado in the keto diet wait a minute there's some nuts in the keto diet why are
you playing around with plant foods now why is the so-called conventional system and conventional
keto diet and conventional everything high protein playing around with plant food now see
sneakily they actually brought it in there because it was stopping people from dying faster you get
what I'm saying? You plant-based people probably love this. It's pretty cool, right? Because it's
supporting you guys in that moment. Today's high protein diets have more greens than them now.
Interesting. Hmm. That's pretty cool, right? Because it's stopping people from getting sicker
on the protein they're gobbling down. You see how it works? People forget history because it's not
properly record it, like I was saying before. And if you watch YouTube's long enough now,
if you watch them, if you go back two years and you see somebody playing with their diet and you
watch them now where they are now, they're flip-flopping everywhere. They're confused.
They're getting different symptoms. They thought they had it cracked a year before and then they
don't anymore. If you look at social media, all social media, and that's what happens there.
So if you watch these people long enough, you'll see it now because it's being recorded.
So you'll see people gain weight. Then you'll see them lose a little bit of weight. You'll see them
get different symptoms. You'll see them flop back and forth. They're confused about their diets
because they're always stuck on the protein law. And why does it work for some people and why does
it not work for others? There's a lot of reasons for that. Youth plays a role in it. Sometimes the
younger people, okay, who are exercising a lot more, they got time to do it. They're not totally
stressed out. They're trying not to work a hundred jobs to provide for their family. They don't have
a family yet, and you know, when you're 20 years old, when you're 21 years old, and you don't have
three children, and you don't have a husband, or you don't have a wife, and you don't have all this
going on, and you're not trying to pay rent, and you're trying to, you know, how to, how to, you
know, get through school, and all this other stuff, get your kids through school, and all these
different things, you know, you may have two hours a day to go exercise, you may be able to go to the
gym for one hour, then go to a yoga class for another hour, and get two hours every day, so
So there's a lot of people that can actually have the strength and the reserves at this time in their life to actually keep back that high protein that they're getting.
Plus, people are being taught to not just do the old ketogenic diet, which was just protein, protein, protein, fat, fat, fat.
They're being taught to bring in leafy greens.
They're being taught by medical medium to bring in some celery juice, which also changes the tide, stops the damage from all those heavy proteins, from the eggs.
I saw somebody say eggs.
You threw away your eggs yesterday.
It's really good.
That's important, actually.
So people are eating high-protein, high-fat diets by nature, along with lots of other processed food in the standard American diet world, and they're getting sicker.
So what do you do?
You get rid of the sugar, thinking you found the holy grail.
So I'm going to talk about that for a little bit.
So there's so much to cover with this live.
It's amazing, really.
So the standard American diet, which is like cakes, cookies, brownies, all that kind of stuff, all those different treats, right?
All of it has sugar and it has fat in it combined.
That's how we get the A1C to go up.
That's how blood sugar gets unstable.
That's how we get insulin resistance.
It's from sugars and fats combined.
Okay?
So everybody gets sicker from sugars and fats combined.
It's why the keto movement was kind of birthed because it was like, we can't get rid of the protein again.
We can't get rid of the fat.
We can't lower the fat because it's the protein law.
It's the protein law we can't break.
You see what happened?
So they had to get rid of something and they had to get rid of the sugars.
They had to drop the sugar.
Sugar became the scapegoat.
It became the fall guy.
It became the black sheep.
It was the sugars that everybody became afraid of.
but they kept the fats in because the fats are attached to proteins. So the sugars had to go,
but the fats were attached to proteins. You see how it works? So, and it got everybody in trouble.
The A1C would go up, hypoglycemia, hypoglycemia, instability with all of that, everything
happened. And then, so taking out the sugar gave temporary relief. So it works for some people. It
works for some people. They get some relief, that temporary sanctuary of, wait a minute,
I'm getting better. Wait a minute. I'm feeling a little better. Wait a minute. Something's
happening here and it's working. They're A1C drops. Things get a little bit better.
Something's working because I'm getting rid of those sugars. And that's why it's holding up to
a point. But when you're chronically ill and you've got real problems and you've got pathogens and
you've got different things going on, you've got the Epstein-Barr virus, you've got chronic fatigue,
you've got thyroid problems, you've got all these different things going on, it's not going to cut
it. It's not going to cut it. You get rid of your healthy sugars, you're going to suffer more.
You want to keep fat, fat, fat, and protein, protein, protein, and get married to that law and keep it in there, you're going to get in trouble.
That's how it works.
Reducing radical fats is critical.
It's the answer that lies there for everyone.
It's the combination of fats and sugar that becomes the problem.
And I'm not talking about you should be eating table sugar.
I'm not talking about you should be eating corn syrup.
I'm not talking about all that.
I'm not talking about barbecue sauce.
but if you put barbecue sauce on your ribs
you got fat and sugar once again
you see how it works
if you put butter on your corn on the cob
you got fat and sugar
pork and rice, fat and sugar
pizza with sweet tomato sauce
and bread with the fat and the oil and the cheese
you got fat and sugar
that's how it works
cheese and crackers, you got fat and sugar
there you go, fat and sugar
and so
we end up with fat and sugar all the time
this leads to insulin resistance
So the reason why everybody thinks they found the holy grail by keeping up with the protein law and keeping up with the high fat movement and putting out the books, the keto books and all this other stuff.
The reason why they think they found the rule of law is because they see five out of 100 people feel a little bit better because they removed all the different sugars while they were eating the fats.
But that doesn't fix chronic illness.
That doesn't take care of the suffering, the struggling,
the people that are sick with all the autoimmune,
with all the different problems, which you guys got to learn about.
You got to get the liver rescue book.
You have to get it.
Just, you know, the liver rescue book.
I cover all the different illnesses, the eczema, psoriasis,
all the different diseases.
I got literally what supplements you should take for the dosages
you can take for your illnesses, all of it.
You get the celery juice book so you know what causes your illnesses.
You know what celery juice does for it.
Critical books, critical books.
there's too much fat in the bloodstream.
And then when you put sugar in there with it at the same time,
it clashes and you get insulin resistance.
Sugar can't enter into our cells.
So let's go into sugar a little bit.
Without sugar, we can't live.
Without glucose, we can't survive.
You can't think.
You can't function.
You can't walk.
You can't talk.
You can't even take a shower.
You can't even function.
you can't drive. You don't have internal drive. You can't drive your car if you don't have sugar
in your bloodstream. Ample amount in your cells. Ample amounts of sugar to your brain because your
brain runs on sugar. Your heart needs sugar because it's a muscle. A muscle needs a carbohydrate.
And this is why the high fat movement of the old days killed people faster. And now it's killing
them slower now and they're getting some temporary results because removing all the bad toxic,
you know, sugar, the bad sugars and not eating it at the same time as their protein fat.
So they're feeling a little bit better.
But what happens in the end, your brain, your heart, your liver starves of this glucose,
the glycogen storage.
You need the glycogen storage packed away in your liver to protect you.
You need the glucose to feed every cell in your body.
If insulin doesn't carry glucose into a cell, we suffer and die.
That's how it works.
So why are we anti-sugar?
Why did sugar become the fall guy?
Why did literally, I've seen a glass of orange juice save a diabetic's life.
I've seen a glass of orange juice, okay, in a nursing home save a diabetic's life.
Literally.
Almost went into total failure.
And almost died.
and it was a glass of oranges that saved their life.
And I've seen a doctor in that nursing home say to me,
isn't it unbelievable?
We're so confused.
Isn't it unbelievable?
What happens is you have to have sugar in order to function,
in order to live.
And sugar became evil.
Yeah, the bad sugar is.
The really bad sugar is.
But a piece of fruit is not evil.
It's critical.
That's how it works.
when you have too much protein in your diet.
That means you have too much fat in your diet,
too much fat in your bloodstream.
And then your oxygen levels drop
and you can't put sugar in there at the same time.
You can't have it both ways.
You can't have it all that.
And just so you know,
no one's never,
no one's ever been on a sugar diet and only sugar.
Do you know anybody that only ate candy
that had no fat in it?
I'm not talking about chocolate bars
that are all filled with fat and cocoa,
you know, cacao and everything else.
I'm not talking about chocolate.
I'm talking about, do you know anybody that lived off of just literally only table sugar?
Just only that.
We don't even know.
Did you know anybody that lived off of just candy, candy alone with no fat in it?
It doesn't happen.
Everybody's on fats, all fats every day, all day long.
Even when they're intermittent fasting, they're still doing butter in their coffee when they're intermittent fasting.
When they're intermittent fasting, they're still doing chocolate all day and caffeine to try to stay alive until they eat their one meal at the end of the day.
and the one meal at the end of the day is filled with fat.
Whether you're a vegan and you're intermittent fasting
and it's filled with nut butters and avocados
and all that at the end of the day and tahini
or your animal protein.
I want you guys to watch this again.
This is really intense.
It's a lot of information, but that's my job
is to give you the most advanced information there is
in medicine, in health and food
that's above all the rest so you guys can make decisions.
It's critical.
It's a misconception that protein and fat
turn into sugar when you're doing a ketogenic diet.
Total misconception.
That's not what happens.
If that's the case,
you would never, ever starve to death
if food was taken away from you.
If that was the case,
I'm going to repeat this, all right?
It's a complete theory of misinformation
to believe that fat turns into sugar
when you're doing the keto diet.
That's not possible.
If you are overweight
and you've got all this fat on your body,
and you take food away from that person
long enough, they will die and cease to live.
If you take food away from them, 100%, they will die.
Their fat on their body will not turn into sugar
and actually feed them.
It's not possible.
It doesn't work that way.
It's a critical piece of information.
Carbohydrates and sugars are where we get our energy.
It's where we get our fuel.
A carbohydrate and a sugar is where we get our fuel.
It's why so many people on the keto diet aren't even on the keto diet anymore.
So I'm going to go into that a little bit right now.
This is an important time to know this.
If you eat an avocado on your keto diet, you're not on a keto diet.
I'm sorry.
So isn't it amazing how you can see health professionals that are writing books doing things and they'll have an avocado on something or the avocado will be recommended on their keto diet?
Avocado has sugar in it.
Avocados have sugar in them.
I'm going to repeat it one more time.
Avocados have sugar in them.
You ready for this?
If you eat one almond on a ketogenic diet, you're not going to go into ketosis.
You're not on a ketogenic diet.
So can you imagine even the keto people that are so-called the professionals are either lying to everybody or they're just they don't know the information or they don't know how food works?
Isn't that incredible?
And that's who we're supposed to rely on?
Amazing.
And wait, oh, but wait, they might have a degree.
Oh, wait a minute.
They might have some letters after their name.
Oh, I forgot about that.
That means everything if they're a nutritionist or they have some letters after their name.
So maybe I should listen to their lies or their misinformation.
It's incredible how it works.
So if you have an avocado on a ketogenic diet, you're not ketogenic.
You can't go into ketosis because there's sugar in avocado.
In fact, a lot of sugar in avocado.
If you have a nut or nut butter or an almond or a walnut or a seed,
or even a seed on a ketogenic diet.
You're not on a ketogenic diet.
You can't go into ketosis.
There's sugar.
The nuts are sweet.
There's a sugar in them.
Natural sugars are in nuts and seeds and avocados.
Think about that right there.
Just think about that.
I want you to sit back and think about that one
and think about what's wrong out there.
Somebody said they love learning from me.
Thank you.
I love learning from you guys too.
I do.
I do.
So here's the deal.
Here's the deal.
If you want to be on a keto diet, you have to do it in a dangerous way.
And I don't recommend it.
It means you can only eat something that's fat and protein with no sugar whatsoever.
And that's what they tried in the past.
And it killed people.
That's what I call annihilating people's health.
It was chicken, turkey, and meat.
And that only with nothing else.
No avocado, no nuts and seeds.
Because avocado and nuts and seeds have sugars.
And it stops you from going into ketosis.
the only way to actually go into ketosis is if you void out every food there is and you only go on meat that's cooked medium to well done or chicken and turkey.
That's the only way you can go into ketosis.
And I'm not recommending that.
God forbid.
Because you know I'm all about every food.
All the food.
You know I'm all about the apples for your liver.
The apples and the pitaya for your liver.
You know I'm all about the celery juice.
You know I'm all about the wild blueberries.
You know I'm all about things that have actual natural sugars in them that can save your life.
You should get their liver rescue book.
This book is huge, by the way.
This book is huge.
This book takes you like weeks and weeks to read through.
And you're still going to have to read it over.
There's so much information in there.
That book right there is packed.
So a ketosis state is not the state of burning fat.
That's also a misbelief out there.
That's also a theory out there.
Fat disperses. Fat doesn't burn. When we lose weight, that fat's not burning off of you. It's not metabolically burning off of you. That fat is dispersing. The fat cells are exploding and you're pissing it out and you're eliminating out because fat is toxic.
so when we have fat on our bodies
it's actually toxins
inside the fat, they're toxic
these fat cells, that's what that is
so when you actually
when you're losing weight and you're losing fat cells
it's not the whole ketogenic thing
where your fat cells are actually
turning and converting into energy
and your metabolic rate is changing
and it's making fat actually work for you and convert
that's not it at all
the fat literally is like a toxin
and it literally detoxes
out of your body and you pee it out and eliminate it out.
When you take care of yourself, when you get your liver healthy,
when you start cleaning up your liver.
Yeah, when you start exercising,
when you start getting the right foods to clean those fat cells out.
When you get the celery juice in you, which is critical.
And the celery juice is cleaning those fat cells out,
dispersing them, exploding them, moving them out of the body
because the toxins are all in there.
And that's how it works.
You need both of these books.
You guys need both of these books.
so you can get the information.
So let's go back to one thing again.
If you think you subscribe to a ketogenic diet
and there's an avocado in your diet,
you never went keto.
So you can pretend you went keto.
You can live in a lie.
You can live in a fantasy or a fairy tale
from some kind of health professional
and or some guru.
And you can believe that that's what you're doing
when you're not because there's sugar in avocado
so you can't go into ketosis.
I just got to tell you guys,
like, what am I going to do?
not tell you the truth. I mean, not give it to you straight. If you bring butter in your diet,
you're not ketogenic. There's traces of sugar in butter. So if you got butter in your coffee,
which is basically just a faster way to die, you got your caffeine, coffee's really toxic and
acidic. You want to put your butter in there and that's actually really toxic. So you put those two
because the butter feeds pathogens. It feeds bugs and all that stuff. And you do that,
then you're not really keto too
because the butter traces of sugar in there.
So you got to think about that as well.
So same thing with cheese.
If there's cheese in your ketogenic diet
then you're actually getting sugar.
If there's dairy in your ketogenic diet
you're getting sugar.
So you never went on a ketogenic diet.
So these are so important to know.
Throat's a little dry.
I've been talking for what?
Almost an hour.
So let's keep on going.
why do people get the keto flu?
They get the keto flu.
Let's talk about it a little bit.
The lethargy, the nausea, the brain fog,
the muscle cramps, the dizziness.
One is because they're getting rid of all this glucose
that runs their brain,
that runs their body and their organs.
You're voiding yourself of glucose,
the critical thing that keeps you running.
It's that important.
The other thing is you could be really toxic
and you're detoxing for the first time in your life
because you're getting rid of the worst foods you were eating.
The worst stuff.
All the pizzas, all the different, you know, all the fast food, all the greasy stuff, all the cakes, donuts, cookies.
And you get rid of all that and you've got your first detox for the first time in your life.
Including your first die off because those foods do feed pathogens.
So you're going to get that keto flu.
But you're going to get a keto flu in everything.
You go plant-based for the first time in your life and you get rid of all those toxic foods.
You're going to get plant flu, plant-based flu.
You're going to get vegan flu.
You're going to get vegetarian flu.
You're going to get keto flu.
You're going to get paleo flu.
If you get rid of your worst of your worst that you're eating and you go on to something else, you're going to get hit with a little bit of cleansing.
So that's how it works.
Then there are people who are coming from a healthy diet.
So there are people that are coming from a healthy diet and they're experiencing more glucose deficiency too.
So you get people that are on a pretty healthy diet overall.
They're eating, you know, they're getting a balance of everything.
They got some greens.
They got some fruits in there.
I got some vegetables, I got some proteins and all that.
And they don't really cheat much on their diet.
And they're not giving in to too many fast foods and all that.
And all of a sudden, you know, they clean that up a little bit.
They may experience some also some different things too what happens.
When they start going off their healthy sugars and their healthy carbs,
they end up getting glucose deficiency in their liver.
They get the brain fog.
They get problems like that.
So that's something that happens too with people.
so the bottom line is so uh let's go into a couple other things too because i was just actually i got
a note here over here to the side that i saw some comments earlier it was about body odor it was
about um something like keto keto issues with body odor keto issues with you know the body smelling
bad breath keto issues with all that so what happens with all of that when people end up
increasing their fats and increasing their proteins and fats. Their oxygen levels decrease
in their bloodstream. Ammonia builds up in their body fast. It's not because you're detoxing. It's
not because you're getting healthier. It's because you're getting more toxic. It's another thing the
keto diet always did to people. Now, what you'll find is when you actually lower your fats,
less of all of this occurs, less body odor. When you lower your fats, no matter what,
If you lower your fats as a vegan, plant-based person, less body odor occurs.
If you lower your fats as a paleo person, animal protein person, high animal protein person, less body odor occurs.
Less bad breath occurs.
There's not a lot of protein fat rotting in the gut and the intestinal lining causing problems, causing ammonia.
So you have to remember that.
But people may often go into heavy bouts of detoxing.
So when you're plant-based or you're healthy paleo and you're minimizing your fats and lowering your proteins and you're lowering all that down and you're bringing that down, you might detox really heavily.
And you might get bouts of having some body odor.
That's old stuff coming out.
That's all old stuff.
That's new, not new body odor.
That's that new ammonia.
That's old gases coming out of the body and the bloodstream.
So that's how it works.
I'm trying to read all the comments, too, at the same time as I'm trying to streamline this and talk.
and spirit talks to me too with everything.
So I got three things going on, you guys.
I'm trying to really pull off the multitasking thing big time.
If you want to follow something that's long-term
and going to keep you healing and keep you healthy
and you want to follow something long-term,
you want critical, clean carbohydrates.
I write about critical, clean carbohydrates in Liver Rescue, okay,
and how critical that is.
Critical, clean carbohydrates, mineral salts, leafy greens, celery juice, all of it.
And critical clean carbohydrates are like some sweet potato.
It's like, you know, it's like potatoes, sweet potato.
It's different fruits.
It's apples.
It's wild blueberries.
It's all kinds of different fruits I talk about that are critical.
It's so important.
So I call them CCC, critical clean carbohydrates.
It's easy to remember that way too.
I like that.
The CCC thing is really cool because it's easy to remember.
And then what happens is if you combine that with leafy greens and you combine that with
your spinach, your mosh, your leafy greens, your red leaf lettuce, your green leaf lettuce,
and your dandelion greens. And you combine all those things and your kale and you combine that
with also your celery juice. You bring your celery juice in and then what happens is you're getting
healthier. You're getting a perfect balance. If you're on the animal scale where you're doing the
animal proteins and you love the animal proteins you guys and you love your chicken and all that,
lower it. Don't eat it three times a day. You know why intermittent fasting is working for people?
because they stopped eating animal proteins in the morning.
People who eat animal proteins, that intermittent fast,
stopped eating animal proteins in the morning.
They lowered their fats.
They lowered their proteins.
And they started to feel better.
That's what they do.
But it's sad because they're so afraid of a healthy apple.
They're so afraid of any kind of healthy glucose,
any kind of healthy carbohydrate,
that they'll just live off of caffeine.
They'll live off of basically chocolate.
They'll live off of caffeine drinks.
They'll live off, you know, all of that.
And so what they should be doing is drinking their celery juice.
So instead of intermittent fasting that way, you should be drinking your celery juice.
And actually that suppresses your hunger to celery juice because it's giving you all those mineral salts that you need, helping you to suppress your appetite.
So that's really important, you see.
So as we go along here, there's so much information to know about.
So when you're eating animal proteins and you intermittent fast, it's taking away that bacon and eggs in the morning.
That's going to actually get you feeling better.
And now you're just kind of eating that animal protein dinner at the end of the day.
Say if you're plant-based, if you're vegan and you're intermittent fasting, you're stopping your eating.
You're not eating your beans in the morning anymore, which are high in fat, believe it or not.
You're not eating your beans.
You're not eating your avocado in the morning.
You're not eating all your nut butter in the morning.
When you intermittent fast, you're not doing your nut butter smoothies in the morning as a vegan who believes in a high-fat, high-protein movement.
And you're taking that away and you start getting better.
And so that's what's happening is it's because,
it's not because you're intermittent fasting
that you're starting to feel a little bit better.
It's because you stopped eating fats and proteins in the morning.
And you're just starting to like learn a little bit
about what that's doing for you
and how incredible that could be by lowering your fats,
lowering your proteins.
If you want to get healthy,
you want to have the right things going on.
You got to get the liver book.
It's critical.
You've got to learn about the truth about all this stuff and health and all the different illnesses and how to get your illnesses better.
You've got to be drinking your celery juice.
You've got to get your celery juice book.
These are critical things.
So these are all parts of it.
If you want to be healthy as an animal protein consumer, you want to lower them.
You want to keep them to once a day.
I would even go to once every other day is what I would do.
See, omega-3s, traces of omegas, are in all of our fruits and vegetables.
You don't have to just get them in gobs and gobs of nut butter and gobs and gobs of walnuts.
You don't have to get it that way.
You can get them in other ways.
You can get them in all the different fruits and vegetables you eat and your leafy greens and everything.
There's traces of omegas in everything you eat.
It's there for you naturally.
So if you want to be plant-based, you just got to bring in more celery juice, more leafy greens,
and don't hang on to that protein law so much.
and don't hang on to all that protein and fat
and all that avocado and all those nuts and seeds
because you're just going to get yourself in trouble
and I'll tell you what's going to happen.
You're going to think the plant-based diet you're on
is failing you
and you're going to go back to eating animal protein
in two, three years like all the others do.
And the same thing with animal protein people.
Lower your animal proteins
so you don't end up getting yourself sick
and then going to then plant-based
and going that route and being confused.
Everybody's flipping flopping.
I want to give you the right information
that works for what diet you believe in
and where you are with your belief system and your foods,
whether animals or no animals involved, or, you know, plant-based or not.
So protein's not what builds muscle.
Someone said to me, well, you know, Mr. William,
you know, you don't have that bodybuilding thing going on.
You don't have all these big muscles.
And, you know, you're talking about how protein doesn't build muscle,
but you're, you know, you're obviously not eating all the same protein everybody's eating
because you don't have these big guns.
And if you want me to stop writing the books 24-7, and you want me to stop being at service for everybody 24-7, and if you want me in the gym a couple hours a day, and you want me getting facials, and you want me at the dentist, and you want me getting all these other things, and you want me working out all day, and you want me at yoga class every day for one hour, and you want me just being about me, me, me, me, me, me, me, and taking care of me, me, me, me, me 24-7 and getting massages.
And if you want me at the beach, getting massages and doing all these things, and just, it's
all about Anthony William now taking care of himself and being in a gym for two, three
hours a day.
And, you know, if you want me doing that, I'm not going to be here for anybody else.
I spent a lifetime of service for everybody.
And you know what it's done?
It's made it so I don't take care of myself, meaning it made it so I take care of myself.
Of course, I eat healthy and I do the best I can and exercise when I can, but I can't
dedicate my entire existence to Anthony William and then leave everybody hanging in the dust
and not writing these books and not putting out spirits information that comes from above
and comes from above and heals people and helps them with their lives and their mission of healing.
You know, and I don't want to give all that up so I can get into the gym three hours a day.
So, you know, and there's, there's, you know, I get it. A lot of people love doing that.
They have the time and energy to do that. And they're blessed because of that. Right now I
work for the people. And that means right when I get off this live, I'm going to the Facebook live
and heading there. But if you want to build your muscles, you need carbohydrates to build your
muscles. Remember that you want to build your muscles. You need carbohydrates to build your
muscles. Can't tell you how many muscle men die of heart attacks at age 40, 39, 38. They're,
they're totally cut. They got the abs going on. They got the muscles and they literally die of
a heart attack on their treadmill at age 39.
You know, I've seen it because it's not about, it's about the right foods and the right information
and what causes illness.
It's about taking care of your liver if you want to live long.
It's about taking care of things and getting the celery juice in you.
But I can't give up on you guys.
I can't make it about me.
I got to be there for you and I got to have your back.
And that means right when I get done off this next live and the Facebook live I'm heading
to now. It means writing the books, getting in back into my office. It means being there till
one o'clock this morning, trying to get some sleep after that, getting up in the morning and writing
more and more and more. Make sure you guys get the information you get. Anyway, people who call
bulking, they think that's healthy. It's not healthy to do the bulking, bulking, bulking.
You want to get your healthy carbs and you want to, you want to get your healthy carbs and you
want to build muscle with those healthy carbs. You don't want to get into the whole bulking thing
because here's how it works. I want to talk about that because it's a question that gets thrown at
me all the time, which is really important. Okay. Bulking is where everybody eats more and more
carbs to build muscle. So they continue to eat more and more carbs. That's what they do. So that's
what the whole bulking thing is. It's all about more and more and more and lots more carbs to
build that muscle. And so it goes to show you, yes, you actually can build that muscle by bringing
in those carbs, but you got to bring down the fats and the protein. That's the critical thing.
You bring down the fats and protein, then you can have the lean muscles, be healthy,
take care of your liver and not make yourself sick in the end too. Because I've seen that with
a lot of people that are doing the bulking thing. They end up with the high blood pressure and
they're like, why am I getting high blood pressure when I'm doing, you know, like when I'm doing,
what I'm doing.
So, okay, so the bottom line is, you guys,
moving on to Facebook Live.
And I love you much.
I'm heading there now.
I hope you guys come with me
because there's so much to cover
and I don't even think I covered
even half of what I wanted to on this.
So this is going to be crazy.
This is going to be a crazy day.
I love you much.
Take care.
Bye-bye.
